Why do I teach? I've been teaching long enough that I have the privilege of seeing students from many years ago recognize me and reminisce about their year with me. What other job gives you perks like that? :) Now I love trying to help students find a book that interests them and then have them return the book and say it was wonderful and they want another one just like it!
