Why I teach:  As the assistant principal at Louisville Academy, my goal is to support and empower our teachers so they can, in turn, support and empower our students. I aim to guide teachers in following best practices that positively impact student learning outcomes. By working collaboratively with teachers, I will help students discover their individuality and build their confidence by learning to think independently. Additionally, I will share my educational and teaching experiences to develop teacher leaders, ensuring our students have the opportunity to learn and grow to their fullest potential.
